Arctic Horizon

Privacy Protocols

At Arctic Angler Hub, we treat user data with the same discipline required to navigate a frozen tundra. This policy outlines how we protect your digital footprint while you explore our interactive fishing world and mobile fishing simulations.

Effective Date: May 28, 2026. This document governs the privacy practices for all users of the Arctic Angler Hub ecosystem, including our mobile applications and simulation platforms.

Data Collection Strategy

To deliver a high-quality fishing experience, we collect information that helps us calibrate our environmental physics and social interactions. This includes account details for our simulations like Arctic Reel Explorer and Frozen Tundra Angler.

We may collect technical telemetry, including your device type, operating system, and IP address, to optimize our winter fishing game engines for mobile and desktop performance. We do not track location data beyond general regional identifiers used to determine localized arctic weather patterns in-game.

Information Storage Protocols

Our storage systems are designed for maximum integrity. All personal data is encrypted and housed on secure servers. In our online fishing environment, social data—such as catch logs in the Glacial Depths Challenge—is stored to maintain the persistence of your virtual expedition. We retain this data only as long as your account remains active or as required by law.

Access and Statutory Rights

Consistent with global standards, including the GDPR, we provide all users with the following rights regarding their digital presence within our fishing world:

  • 1 The Right to Access: Request a full export of your simulation achievements and account history.
  • 2 The Right to Erasure: Request the complete deletion of your profile from North Pole Navigator and associated hubs.
  • 3 The Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate information regarding your expedition technical gear setup.
  • 4 The Right to Restrict: Request a temporary halt on data processing for specific interactive fishing features.

Simulation Integrity & Third Parties

We utilize analytics partners to understand how players interact with the Snowstorm Hook environment. Unlike many platforms, we strictly prohibit the sharing of your data with third-party advertisers or gaming networks that promote real-money gambling. Our focus is purely on the arctic fishing simulation experience.

The Sovereignty of
The Silent Observer

In the arctic, silence is respect. We apply this same philosophy to your privacy. We do not engage in invasive tracking or psychological triggers. Your fishing adventure remains a personal expedition, supported by our technology but owned by your curiosity.

Mobile Security First

Our mobile fishing applications are built using sandboxed environments to ensure your personal device data remains inaccessible to the simulation engine.

Inquiries & Rectification

If you have questions regarding this policy or wish to exercise your rights to data deletion, please contact our Compliance Officer. We respond to all formal inquiries within 48 business hours.
